O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to change of investigation in the matter relating to the Crime No.736 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the case and file a final report before the appropriate Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.736 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent has been completed and the respondent No.3 laid the charge sheet in S.T.C.No.227 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and the case was convicted on 26.04.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
