The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 447, 354 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act, 2002, in Crime No.38 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3.I went through the contents of the FIR. The petitioner is said to have misbehaved with a woman.

CRL OP(MD). No.3021 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the petitioner is having two previous cases which also involve harassing of women.
