O R D E R

Mr.K.Ramaiah, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. The only reason for the which the Review had been filed is that, by

inadvertent, the petitioner had indicated that he had superannuated on 30.04.2024, whereas the actual date of superannuation is 31.12.2023. Therefore, he is entitled for interest from 01.01.2024 and not from 01.05.2024 as indicated by this Court in its order 25.11.2025.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent acknowledges the statement made by the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the orders stand reviewed and in paragraph No.4, it is held that the petitioner would be entitled for delayed payment of interest at the rate of 6% from 01.01.2024 till 24.08.2025, the actual date on which his terminal benefits has been settled. Accordingly, the Review Application stands allowed. No order as to costs.
