PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 406 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.It appears that the earlier complaint given by the intervenor was closed without assigning any reason. CRL OP(MD). No.3058 of 2021 complaint has been given and it is still pending for enquiry. No First Information Report has been registered against the petitioner as on date.

4. The petitioner is therefore directed to appear for enquiry as and when he is summoned in writing by the investigation officer. If the investigation officer is or opinion that any cognizable offence has been made out and he intends to register any First Information Report, then the petitioner will be put on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

5.The officer who enquiring into the complaint of the intervenor will give a disposal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
