2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly without fail.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the

petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 am until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
