ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed for a direction to direct respondents to survey the petitioner's house site in old T.S.No.511/1 part 1, New T.S.No.367, Subramaniyapuram 1st street, Block No.4, Ward No.2, Karaikudi Town, Sivagangai District and put up a measuring stone by considering the representation dated 02.01.2018.

2.Earlier the petitioner has filed an application before the respondents to survey his land and he paid all the necessary fees on 14.12.2017 for the purpose of surveying the land. So far no action has been taken by the respondents and hence, the petitioner had filed the present Writ Petition.

3.Hear Mr.R.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned counsel, who take notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has also filed an application as early as on December 2012, the respondents are directed to survey the land of the petitioner as per the revenue records after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
