RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court i.e. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl.A.(MD). No.227 of 2017 dated 13.07.2017 Prayer in CRL A(MD). 227/ 2017 :

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for records pertaining to the order dated 06.07.2017 made in Cr.M.P.No.1433 of 2017 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge,(PCR), Madurai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with Crime No.378 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this criminal appeal and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.

RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition in Criminal Appeal ie., the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to the apprehension of life threat, the petitioners may be permitted to report before the Melur Police Station, Madurai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the daily conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Melur Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required before the respondent Police.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
