[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] Heard Mr.M.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. In respect of R-4 to R-13, notices have been ordered and some of them were served and their names are also printed in the cause-list.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 13 in S.F.No.62, Pudukulam lake at Neerpalani Village Panchayat, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District and in this regard, a representation dated 06.12.2017, is pending before the Authorities and no orders have been passed so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this Writ Petition.

4. In the light of the above, though private respondents have been impleaded in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of case, we direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2017, to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No Costs.
