Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to take immediate action to send the proposal to the third respondent with regard to the petitioner's regularization of services with effect from 07.09.2016 in the post of Physical Director Grade - II.

have to be regularized. But, proposal has to be sent by the fourth respondent to the third respondent. There is some delay in this regard. That is why this writ petition has been filed. 2.This Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the matter. But, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to submit the requisite proposal regarding the petitioner's regularization to the third respondent immediately and without any delay.
