This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No. 20 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same as illegal.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that in this case, charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.23 of 2016.
3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
