ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and property of the petitioner and her husband in accordance with Section 22(2) of the maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens Act, 2007.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner enquiry was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3632 of 2022 conducted in CSR No.744 of 2021 after issuing to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the concerned authorities is directed to conduct enquiry after hearing the petitioner and the counter part and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks therefrom.
