ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 436 I.P.C. and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.134 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the panchayat office was set on fire in the night hours of 22.10.2014 and important records have been burnt. The police arrested one of the accused and on his confession, the accused viz., Palanichamy, Kanagaraj and Subramaniyan were arrested and on their confession, it is revealed that these petitioners were also involved in this crime.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

5. Considering the gravity of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
