PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14373 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13972 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14373 of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13972 of 2025 dated 14.10.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for two months.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4
