(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21458 of 2022, dated 09.09.2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P(MD)No.21458 of 2022, dated 09.09.2022, the petitioner's representation has been considered and the decision taken by the second respondent, vide proceedings in TKSTLK/1731/2022, dated 25.02.2023, has been communicated to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent, dated 25.02.2023, liberty is granted to the petitioner to proceed further in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
