This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.12913 of 2024, dated 29.11.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.01.2025 without fail and therefore seeks to relax the condition.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall repot before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
