O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been acted upon and that the second respondent is in the process of conducting the enquiry and summons have already been issued to the parties and enquiry was fixed on 17.10.2023.

3. In the light of the above submission, it will suffice if a direction is given to the official respondents to complete the enquiry and 2/4

pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
