2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.19535 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17338 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent once in a month i.e., on 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
