ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioner which is subject matter pending in O.S.No.9 of 2020 on the file of th learned District Munsif, Andipatti, Theni District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of possession and cultivation of property in the land of an extent of 2 1⁄2 acres comprised in S.No.545/4 of Kadamalaikundu. On the complaint given by the third respondent that the second petitioner and others have assaulted him the 2nd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.29 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341,294(b),323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC.
