Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to to punish the contemnor/4th respondent herein for her deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Hon`ble Court dated 29-06-2022 in writ petition (MD).No.13044 of 2020 under Article 215 of the constitution of India read with section 11 of the contempt of courts Act,1971.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational officer in Na.Ka.No.850/A2/2020 dated 05.03.2020, quash the same, and further Direct the 4th respondent DEO to approve forthwith the appointment of M.Alex Joh as B.T.Assistant (Maths) in the petitioner school w.e.f 02.07.2018 with salary and all other consequential benefits.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.Ragatheesh Kumar,Advocate (Isaac Chambers), for the Petitioner and of M/s. V.O.M.Prakash, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This application is filed seeking reopening of the Contempt Petition (MD) No.111 of 2023.
2. Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that a Writ Appeal filed in W.A.(MD)No.607 of 2023 as against the order, in W.P.(MD)No.13044 of 2020, was dismissed by the learned Division Bench of this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that in view of the dismissal of the Writ Appeal, the respondent is ready to comply with the order and seeks two weeks time
4. In the circumstances, the Sub Application is ordered and the Contempt Petition (MD)No.111 of 2023 dated 25.08.2023, is restored to the file of this Court.
