ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed second accused, in Crime No.298 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons waylaid the defacto complainant and abused him filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Further, they damaged the two wheeler of the defacto complainant worth of Rs.10,000/-

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that injured has already been discharged from hospital and the accused caused damage to the two wheeler to the tune of Rs.10,000/-.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.298 of 2015.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact the injured has already been discharged from hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall produce the receipt for depositing Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.298 of 2015 and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
