representation submitted by the petitioner dated 14.12.2017 and provide permission for two wheeler free driving classes in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2017 and to give permission for conducting two wheeler free driving classes through Tamilannai Desam Trust in Sivagangai District and also to direct the respondents 4 and 5, to provide police protection.
2. Heard, Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running an Institution under the name of Tamilannai Desam Trust through which the petitioner is giving training to the women for driving two wheelers, free of cost and hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 14.12.2017, but, sofar, no action has been taken.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner is virtually seeking police protection for running a training school and for that the petitioner has to apply for permission, before the 6th respondent and only after getting necessary permission from the 6th respondent, he has to approach the 5th respondent for seeking police protection. 5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to get necessary permission from the 6th respondent for conducting training programme as mentioned in this petition and if any permission is granted under the Motor Vehicles Act, then he has to approach the concerned Inspector of Police, seeking police protection.
6.With the aforesaid observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
