ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These petitions have been filed to amend the satisfaction Court in the petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20436 of 2025, dated dated 18.11.2025 and also to extend the time for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is allowed as prayed for and the time is extended by fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply the with order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No. 20436 of 2025, dated 18.11.2025.
