ORDER
The petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.187 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC.
2.The defacto complainant Ponraj has come to the Court campus today. But he has not been allowed on account of the restriction imposed in the light of the corona endemic. Mrs.Sathyaprabha, Inspector of Police, Sankarankovil Town Police Station, who is present before me, states that she has enquired the defacto complainant today and the defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.
