ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents police to complete the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2022 and file the final report within a stipulated time
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.35 of 2022 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.35 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within the time stipulated, as per the provisions of law. 2/4
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
