ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 08.01.2025 and 10.01.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint in C.S.R.No.727 of 2024 and the same was closed. Again he lodged an Online Complaint on 08.01.2025 and the same is under enquiry. He further submitted that they will complete the enquiry within one (1) week from the date of this order.

3. In view of the above said representations made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent and recording his submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of by directing the respondents to complete the enquiry within one (1) week from the date of this order.
