Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 13118/ 2021 :

To direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Cr.No.1212 of 2020 pending on the file of the Respondent Police within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order, passed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.13118 of 2021, dated 08.09.2021 thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Subsequently, the respondent filed a petition for extension of time before this Court in CRL.MP.(MD).No.3213 of 2022 and this Court by an order dated 10.03.2022, extended the time for further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. In view of the above order passed by this Court, contempt petition is closed. The respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by this Court within a time stipulated by this Court, by an order dated 10.03.2022.
