ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.158 of 2007 pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or to any other competent person.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Though there is a considerable delay, considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents that the report from the

expert alone is awaited, this Court is inclined to give a further period of three months to file a final report from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no more extension will be granted.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
