This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.94 of 2016 dated 12.03.2016 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice in R.C No.118 of 2016 was served on the petitioner on 24.11.2016.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
