Respondent/Respondent PRAYER :- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai dated 07/02/2020 in Crl.M.P. No.409 of 2020 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M. for four weeks.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Venkatesan, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, this court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the earlier order dated 07.02.2020.

2. The same was opposed by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) as well as the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor by pointing out that they had already applied for cancellation of the bail granted to the petitioner.

3. I am of the view that without prejudice to the proceedings that are pending for cancellation, the condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed.
