This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4, to take action against the fifth respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
