This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of the FIR in Crime No.156 of 2019 dated 27.09.2019 and to file a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Paramakudi within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and it was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.55 of 2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the matter has become infructuous.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
