RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of Modification by modifying the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 7231/2017 dated 19.06.2017 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.LAXMAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.RAMAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition in Criminal Original petition ie., the petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of one month and thereafter, they shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that originally this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police, however, in the order copy it has wrongly been mentioned the above said conditions and hence, earlier this Court directed to file a petition to modify the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police weekly once ie., on every Sunday 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter, as and when required before the respondent Police. This petition is ordered accordingly.
