O. P. (MD) NO. 4384 of 2016 in Crime NO. 28/2015 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MURUGADAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 18.04.2016, however, he come out on bail on 15.04.2016 itself.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is dismissed and the respondent police is directed to take steps to cancel anticipatory bail.
