ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to secure the petitioner's wife namely Alagu Rani @ Divya, aged about 25 years and the petitioner's daughter namely Kasini, aged about 4 years and to produce before this Court and to set the petitioner's wife at her liberty and to hand over the petitioner's daughter to his custody by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2020.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that his wife aged about 25 years and his daughter, aged about 4 years, are missing.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent secured the wife and daughter of the petitioner and handed over to the petitioner. In view of the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, she had gone to somewhere.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
