ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.12509 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.818 of 2024, by order dated 25.11.2024.

2. This Court, while suspending the sentence on 23.10.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m. pending the Criminal Appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned 1/3

Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.11.2024 to till date.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.11.2024 to till date, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11202 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 18/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
