The Additional Advocate General today furnished the communication of the Principal Director, Highways Department, dated 30.01.2023 instructing the Superintendenting Engineer to issue appointment order to the contempt petitioner after obtaining the certificates mentioned in the proceedings. Accordingly, it is stated that the contempt petitioner been informed to produce the documents and join duty. The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner states that within 15 days, the contempt petitioner will furnish all the necessary documents.

2. Recording the said statement made by both side, this contempt petiton is closed.
