Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.23924/2025, dated 05.01.2206 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice ie., on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 06.02.2026 TRP TO
