2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 302 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.3076 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would point out that the deceased had given a dying declaration that it was the petitioner who poured petrol on her and also set fire to her. 5.Considering the gruesome nature of the occurrence, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
