Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.MP(MD)No.10013 of 2021 in Crl.OP(MD)No.15353 of 2021, dated 01.12.2021.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he failed to note down the amendment in the original order, the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
