ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had purchased the assigned property. The assignment was cancelled by the second respondent herein. Challenging the same, the petitioner had filed revision petition before the first respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned revision petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The cancellation order was passed on 29.12.2023. The revision petition was filed within one month ie., on 24.1.2024 itself. Therefore, the cancellation order shall be put on hold till the final order is passed by the first respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Till the final order is passed by the first respondent, the petitioner shall not alienate or encumber the petition mentioned property.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
