O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.03.2015 within a stipulated period of time fixed by this Court and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint has been closed.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent is directed to send the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already sent.
