Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SYED ALI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Court.

2.This Court by order dated 16.06.2017 while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to comply with certain conditions within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

conditions and filed the present petition, which is out of time. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
