Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDARAPANDIAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P. KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21787 of 2022, dated 28.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21787 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judge, POCSO Court, Madurai, on 27.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Judge, without fail.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered sd/- 15/02/202 / TRUE COPY / /02/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
