It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

nature and already a civil suit is pending in O.S.No.1009 of 2011 before the II Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner and presence of the petitioner is not required before the respondent police for enquiry.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 and Crl.MP(MD)No.469 of 2016 are closed.
