Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 03.07.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3.Taking note of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police, as and when required.
