This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2011 from the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that in this case investigation has already been completed and the case is referred as 'Mistake of Fact'.
