Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI,Govt.Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukkottai in Crl.OP(MD)No.5679 of 2016 by order dated 01.04.2016 passed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Committee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai by today and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court on or before 05.05.2016, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
