Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pertaining to the property in S.No.466/1A1A in extend of 5 cents situated at Puliyankottaram Village, Tirunelveli District.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pertaining to the property in S.No.466/1A1A in extend of 5 cents situated at Puliyankottaram Village, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint received from the petitioner, First Information Report was registered in Crime No.34 of 2020 as against the third respondent and his wife. However, the said First Information Report was closed as mistake of fact on 11.03.2021.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
