ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that during the course of enquiry, it was found that there was no conversation between the deceased and this petitioners 2 days prior to the occurrence. Thereafter action has been dropped against these petitioners by the respondent police and also RCS notice was also issued to the defacto complainant. 2.If the petitioners are still aggrieved, they can work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
