This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondents police. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
